I got Layout of the Day!

Yesterday, was a pretty crappy day! Then I discovered that I got Layout of the Day over at Oscraps! Boy, was I excited... in all the time I've been digi scrappin' I've never been chosen for anything like that... it was sooo cool! So here's the layout that was chosen!

Credits go to Vicki Stegall at Oscraps for her Comfortably Grunge kit. I made the flowers using Vicki's DIY Shabby Flowers and the Comfortably Grunge papers. I did the framing around the photo.

And I've got a layout using it. We're getting Will ready for kindergarten and so I did a layout of some of the school stuff we've purchased!

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th to everyone! I must admit that we don't have anything planned, although Gabe is going to take Will to see Transformers. I think its a little old for him, but he's talked about nothing else since he saw the trailers and he jumps up and down EVERY single time they come on. Piper is staying with my mom and sister, so Matthew and I will be having some quiet time.
